I forgot my password?
A: Call us. We can give you a new password. We
do not keep passwords on file anywhere.
Q:
How do I delete a record lock?
A: From in EMR, go to File, Setup-Maintenance,
Patient record lock deletion. If the user is not you,
make sure no one is working on that patient.
If no one is in the patients account, first clear out
the user field. Then change the workstation ID to all
work stations. Next click the refresh button. This will
show all of the records locked for all users on all
workstations. Last, find the record lock and put a check
in the box next to who has it locked and click the delete
button.
Q:
How do I change my default printer?
A: When you are logged into Citrix (Misys EMR
Desktop),click on the start Menu, then click on settings,
then click on printers. Find the printer you want to
be your default. Right-click on it and then left click
on set as default.
