Q: I am stuck in an account. Help!
A: Check around with others in your company. Someone else probably has this account up also. When they get out, you will free up. Do not hit the 'X' in upper right hand corner. If you need to get out hit Shift+F12 and you will be able to continue working. Try going back to the account later. If you still have no luck after a little time, call us.

A: Call us. We can give you a new password. We do not keep passwords on file anywhere.

Q: My 499 claims are being rejected and I am getting an error code, What do I do?
A: See the PM error correction report manual

Q: A schedule spot got taken by mistake. How do I free it up?
A:
First check to see that no one else from your company is in the same schedule date as you. Then type 'REL' in the command line to release the time slot. This 'REL' must be typed from the same PC/user that created the appointment in the first place.

Q: My printer won't work?
A:
First make sure the printer is on and "ready", if so then:
Check to see how the printer is connected.

If the printer plugs directly into a computer then you need to make sure the print server on that computer is running. If you have multiview 2000, the print server will be down in the lower right-hand corner of the screen by the time. The icon looks like a printer with a fork over the top. If you have multiview desktop 5.01, then print server will be located on the windows taskbar. If you do not see one of these, then go to the start menu, programs (could be all programs), startup, and click on either LPD print server or remote print server.

If the printer plugs into a little grey or black box, then turn the printer off, pull the power on the little box, turn the printer on and then plug the power back into the box.

If the printer plugs into a jack in the wall, turn the printer off and then on again.

If none of this works, please give us a call.
