A schedule spot got taken by mistake. How do I free
it up?
A:
First check to see that no one else from your company
is in the same schedule date as you. Then go the the
appointment slot that is taken and highlight the slot.
Next go to tools (on the ribbon menu) and click on REL
command. IF that does not solve the problem, give us
a call.
Q:
My printer won't work?
A: First make sure the printer is on and "ready",
if so then:
Check to see how the printer is connected.
If
the printer plugs into a little grey or black box, then
turn the printer off, pull the power on the little box,
turn the printer on and then plug the power back into
the box.
If
the printer plugs into a jack in the wall, turn the
printer off and then on again.
If
none of this works, please give us a call.

I have not been receiving paper EOB's from Medicare
and I do not use electronic remittance?
A: You need to print the Request to deactivate
electronic remittance form from this link below, fill
it out and send it in to the correct address on the
form. Request
to deactivate electronic remittance. (This link
will allow you do download the form from Medicare.)

How do I use the web portal to download the 835 file
to use with Medicare Easy Print?

Client ID and Password. Once you get your information
